Saturday we prepared ourselves to the tour. Salma desperately tried to pack her stuff and be ready for the cold days in the danish countryside... So we checked how she manage...
Everyone was ready round 12.30, so we left Humlebaek to start our trip to explore sustainable lives around the country.
Our first station is 'Den Selvforsynende Landsby' in Fyn. (click to the name and it links you to english homepage) A self-sustainable village, where people try to live according to permacultural type of cultivation, with a focus on community spirit.
Solar panels, some kind of jurta tent, and the veggie garden!
We had a wonderful dinner, "selvfolgelig"
